In order to place an order with MINNIE MATES, you will be required to:
o Shop for the items you want
o Add the items to your Shopping Cart
o Proceed to checkout
o Enter billing and shipping information( make sure the billing address is same as the shipping address)
o Provide payment information
o Review and submit your order
o Check for order confirmation via email or text
After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from minniemates.com.pk (order@minniemates.com.pk) to confirm that your orders have been well-received.
Next working day local customers will receive a phone call or message from our department to confirm your order. Do note that an order will only be shipped when its verification approved, and in case of COD orders. An order is shipped when billing and delivery address is verified.
Orders can be changed within 24 hours from the moment you order.
You cannot get the refund except if you have the following case:
- You do not receive your order at all.
- It has not been 24 hours since you placed the order!
We follow a 4 day return policy if your product is not the one you ordered. In case your product is defective, please email us and we will change your product.

Yes, we definitely keep our inventory short and managed. However, once a product is out of stock, we rush to restock it.
You can also subscribe to be notified automatically when we restock Product of MINNIE MATES.

Click Orders. If your order can still be canceled, you'll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
If you don't see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process.
